Return/Exchange Policy

Stork offers a 14-day return policy to exchange -- less the cost of shipping on any non-sale and/or unused merchandise.

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Items without receipt or proof of purchase
  • Items purchased on sale
  • Items not purchased on (purchases made at one of our retailers must be returned to them directly)
  • Used items, without all tags attached

Once your item is received and inspected by our Customer Service Team (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your return will be processed and a credit, or replacement will be issued to you via email within 7 – 14 business days.
